These Terms govern your use of SpeedSum, operated from 10 Bank View Road, Derby, DE22 1EJ. By using the SpeedSum web app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Service

SpeedSum is an educational web app designed for children’s maths practice. You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Accounts and Access

You agree to provide accurate information when registering. You may set up child profiles under your account, but must not input real names unless you choose to and have permission to do so.

3. Payments

Premium access is handled securely via Stripe. All payments are subject to Stripe’s terms. We do not store any payment details ourselves.

4. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. Children’s personal data is never required.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the experience for others.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by deactivating your account when logged in or by contacting us at info@speedsum.co.uk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify users where appropriate. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
